GINGERED PEAR AND BLUEBERRY COBBLER RECIPE - FOOD.COM
I've made a number of cobblers and crisps in my day. I thought I'd stick to a baking concept that I was familiar with and experiment with flavors. I've never made one, or tried one, with these 3 flavor combinations. I bought 4 pears at the store last week, not really intending to use them for this recipe...but since nobody took them in his lunch this week (Bill...*ahem*)...I used them to make this dessert! I still had a large bag full of fresh blueberries in the freezer, so I was in luck!

PEAR BLUEBERRY CRISP | JUST A PINCH RECIPES
This is one delicious treat to make with some fresh pears and blueberries. I had some frozen blueberries and they worked just as well. This is a wonderful combination and so yummy with the oatmeal crisp on top of the fruit. Of course, we couldn't resist heating some up tonight after dinner and pouring over top of some vanilla ice cream. It was wonderful. I made the oat mixture w/o the flour and it was still very tasty and crisp too. I made this in Ninja but I am sure you could cook it up on the stove or even make your fruit in a crockpot too. Recipe is from my Ninja cookbook.
