1 lb (deveined) Medium Shrimp
2 tbsp flour
1½ tsp lemon pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
to taste salt
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 lemon
For Optional Serving:
lemon slices
parsley

Steps:

  • Defrost shrimp under cold running water if frozen. Dab dry with paper towels.
  • Combine flour, lemon pepper, garlic powder, black pepper and salt. Add shrimp and toss to coat.
  • Heat butter and oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once oil and butter are sizzling, add shrimp and cook until crisp & browned. Flip over and brown the other side. This will take about 2 minutes per side. Squeeze ½ lemon over top. Do not overcook!
  • Serve with lemon slices and parsley.

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1 pound large (21/30 count) shrimp, peeled and deveined
Lemon wedges, optional

Steps:

  • Preheat broiler. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Mix cheese and seasoning in small bowl until well blended. Place shrimp in medium bowl. Add cheese mixture; toss to coat. Place shrimp on prepared baking sheet.
  • Broil 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.

  • In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain, reserving 1 cup pasta water, and return to pot. Meanwhile, in a large heavy bottomed skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add shrimp and season with ¾ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper. Cook, tossing occasionally, until shrimp is pink and just cooked through, about 4 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice and toss to coat. Remove shrimp from skillet and reserve on a plate. In the same skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 30 seconds. Add remaining ¼ cup lemon juice and cook, until reduced by half, 1 minute. Whisk in ¾ cup reserved pasta water and cream cheese. Bring to a simmer, whisking constantly, until cream cheese is completely melted into the sauce. Add cooked pasta and shrimp to skillet and toss to coat. Add more reserved pasta water if necessary to loosen sauce. Season to taste with more salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
