CHEAP & EASY LOOKALIKE "SIMPLE SCRAMBLES BY JIMMY DEAN ...
You may be familiar with the "Jimmy Dean Simple Scrambles," which are fantastic but rather expensive. The first time I opened one up I thought, "Hey, I can prepare this myself!" Here is our recipe that we like to use, though I typically do 3-5x as much at a time as is called for in the recipe. You can easily store these in the fridge or the freezer (and then the fridge to thaw) for later use.

EASY EGG CASSEROLE RECIPE WITH SAUSAGE AND CHEESE - JIMMY DEAN
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Beat eggs, milk and pepper in large bowl with a wire whisk until well blended. Add bread cubes; stir gently until evenly coated. Stir in sausage crumbles and 1 ½ cups cheese.
- Pour into lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into 12 squares to serve.

They're not the most attractive scrambles you'll ever have, but the flavors and texture you hope for do come through. There's a couple things you should know.
