6 whole Deli Rolls Or Crusty Italian Rolls
Jarred Marinara Sauce Or Pizza Sauce
Jarred Or Refrigerated Pesto
2 lb. Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
Grated Parmesan Cheese To Taste
2 tbsp. Butter
1 whole Onion, Sliced
1/2 lb. Sausage (regular Breakfast Sausage Or Italian Sausage)
Pepperoni Slices
Canadian Bacon Slices
Pineapple Chunks, Fresh Or Canned
Roma Tomatoes, Sliced
Sliced Black Olives
Optional Ingredients: Goat Cheese, Sliced Bell Peppers, Various Cheeses, Pepperoncinis, Jalapeno Slices, Diced Red Onion, Any Other Pizza Topping You'd Like!

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.Slice rolls in half and lay them, cut side up, on a large baking sheet. Top each half with a generous portion of either marinara or pesto. Next, top with a generous amount of grated mozzarella and Parmesan, if you'd like. Add whatever toppings you'd like on top of the cheese!Once all assembled, put the pan in the oven on the lowest rack for 8 to 10 minutes. Crank up the heat to 425 and put it on the highest rack until the cheese starts to bubble a bit and turn golden.Remove and serve immediately! You can cut the pizzas in half right across the middle so there are mini-French Bread Pizzas for everyone.

4 slices bacon
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms (about 3 oz)
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count) or 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Dough Sheet
1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup basil pesto
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
2 large plum (Roma) tomatoes, each cut into 8 slices
3 medium green onions, sliced (3 tablespoons)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels. Crumble bacon; set aside. Reserve 1 tablespoon bacon drippings in skillet. Cook mushrooms in bacon drippings over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until lightly browned.
  • If using crescent rolls: Unroll dough; separate into 4 rectangles. Press each into 8x4-inch rectangle, firmly pressing perforations to seal. If using dough sheet: Unroll dough; cut into 4 rectangles. Press each into 8x4-inch rectangle.
  • Cut each in half crosswise, making 8 squares; place 1/2 inch apart on cookie sheet.
  • Spread 2 teaspoons cream cheese and about 1/2 tablespoon pesto on each square. Top evenly with cooked mushrooms and 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Arrange tomato slices over cheese. Sprinkle with onions, crumbled bacon and remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
  • Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm.

    1. Sieve the flour/s and salt on to a clean work surface and make a well in the middle.
    2. In a jug, mix the yeast, sugar and oil into 650ml of lukewarm water and leave for a few minutes, then pour into the well.
    3. Using a fork, bring the flour in gradually from the sides and swirl it into the liquid. Keep mixing, drawing larger amounts of flour in, and when it all starts to come together, work the rest of the flour in with your clean, flour-dusted hands. Knead until you have a smooth, springy dough.
    4. Place the ball of dough in a large flour-dusted bowl and flour the top of it. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and place in a warm room for about an hour until the dough has doubled in size.
    5. Now remove the dough to a flour-dusted surface and knead it around a bit to push the air out with your hands – this is called knocking back the dough. You can either use it immediately, or keep it, wrapped in clingfilm, in the fridge (or freezer) until required.
    6. If using straight away, divide the dough up into as many little balls as you want to make pizzas – this amount of dough is enough to make about six to eight medium pizzas.
    7. Timing-wise, it’s a good idea to roll the pizzas out about 15 to 20 minutes before you want to cook them. Don’t roll them out and leave them hanging around for a few hours, though – if you are working in advance like this it’s better to leave your dough, covered with clingfilm, in the fridge. However, if you want to get them rolled out so there’s one less thing to do when your guests are round, simply roll the dough out into rough circles, about 0.5cm thick, and place them on slightly larger pieces of olive-oil-rubbed and flour-dusted tin foil. You can then stack the pizzas, cover them with clingfilm, and pop them into the fridge.
