1 cup sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 drops green food coloring

Steps:

  • Combine flour, sugar, evaporated milk, and butter in a medium saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, about 20 minutes or until thickened.
  • Stir in vanilla and green food coloring. Cool.
