This Low Sodium Garlic Butter Baked Chicken Breast is one of the top low sodium chicken breast recipes that make a way in the list of my go-to low sodium chicken recipes. 2 Nos Boneless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
4 tbsp Butter unsalted
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
For Taste ground black pepper
1 tbsp Parsley
1 tbsp Pre-minced garlic
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Steps:

  • Prepare the oven by preheating the oven to 400°.
  • Take the chicken breast, season and butterfly it with pepper, paprika and keep it aside.
  • Take a small bowl and blend Italian seasoning, parsley, butter, and garlic. Keep it aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chicken breast, when the skillet is scorching. Sear it until it transforms into golden, about 1-2 minutes each side.
  • Stream some garlic butter mixture on the chicken breast.
  • Keep the skillet in the oven and cook it thoroughly. It will usually take about 20-30 minutes or until chicken breasts reach an internal temperature of 165F.
  • Remove from the oven. Stream the butter sauce on the chicken breast that is remaining in the skillet by using a spoon before serving.
