Italian style salad dressing made with healthy ingredients.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbs dijon mustard
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup grapeseed oil *or any mild flavored oil

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth (30 seconds).
  • Serve on salad!

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves, halved
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup olive oil

Steps:

  • Place the first 10 ingredients in a blender. Cover and process until pureed. While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream. Refrigerate leftovers.
