- Place all fruit in large bowl. Set aside.
- Combine sugar and cornstarch in 1-quart saucepan; gradually stir in reserved 3/4 cup fruit juices and lemon juice. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes until mixture comes to full boil. Continue boiling, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes.
- Pour dressing over fruit; toss gently to coat. Cover; refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
