Spicy Ramen Snack Mix - Hy-Vee Recipes and Ideas image

Spicy crunchy snack mix is easier than you think. What makes it extra-special? The large pieces of dry ramen noodles.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 (3-oz. each) soy sauce-flavor ramen noodles
1 c. of Hy-Vee tiny twist pretzels
1 c. of Bugles
1 c. of Hy-Vee unsalted dry-roasted peanuts
3 tbsp. of Hy-Vee unsalted butter
0.5 c. of wasabi peas

Steps:

  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Crush dry ramen into large pieces; reserve seasoning packet. Toss ramen with pretzels, Bugles, and peanuts on a 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Drizzle melted butter over mix and season with ramen seasoning packets; toss to coat.

  • 2.

    Bake 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through. Remove from oven and stir in wasabi peas; cool completely. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
