Crystal Pumpkin Pie recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

QQ's crystal pumpkin pie! The ratio of glutinous rice flour to flour is 1:1!

Provided by Dark blue millet porridge

Total Time 30 minutes

Number Of Ingredients 5

150 grams pumpkin
80 grams Glutinous rice flour
80 grams Flour
200 g Red bean paste
Right amount Cooking oil

Steps:

  • Peel and remove the flesh of the pumpkin, wash, cut into small pieces, cover with plastic wrap and steam. After being steamed, use a food processor to make pumpkin puree!
  • Pour the mashed pumpkin puree (hot), flour and glutinous rice flour into the mixing bowl. Don't put all the flour and glutinous rice flour in the mixing powder, save a little, because the water absorption of each pumpkin is different! After mixing it into a large piece of cotton wool, knead it into a non-sticky dough with your hands, and feel the dough is soft and tough.
  • Divide the kneaded dough into 10 portions, each about 30 grams, and round it (if there are more members in the family, you can prepare 2 portions of raw materials!) Cover with plastic wrap.
  • Divide the red bean paste into 10 portions, each 20 grams, and round.
  • Knead the divided pumpkin dough into the shape of a small hat, put the bean paste filling in, close the mouth, the mouth is down, and the shape is reshaped and rounded.
  • Brush the moon cake mold with a thin layer of edible oil to prevent sticking, and use the moon cake mold to make a beautiful pattern! (If you don’t have a moon cake mold at home, you can just squash it and turn it into a small round cake!)
  • Bring the steamer to a boil, put a layer of cooking oil on the steamer, put on the pumpkin pie with bean paste, cover, and steam for 15 minutes on high heat.
  • After the pumpkin pie is steamed, open the lid, let it cool for a while, put it on a plate, and enjoy it! ?The cute pumpkin pie with bean paste filling is out!
