1 package fudge brownie mix (13x9-inch pan size)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 large egg, room temperature
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup canola oil
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Confectioners' sugar

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat brownie mix, flour, egg, water and oil until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Let stand 30 minutes. , Place confectioners' sugar in a shallow dish. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls into sugar; gently roll to coat. Place 2 in. apart on greased baking sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes or until set. Remove from pans to wire racks to cool.

Steps:

Heat oven to 350°F. Line 2 large cookie sheets with cooking parchment paper.
Cut each brownie round in half crosswise to make 24 pieces. Roll each dough piece into a ball; roll in 1/4 cup of the powdered sugar. Place balls 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.
Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until edges are set. Cool 3 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Roll tops of cookies in remaining 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Cool completely, about 20 minutes. Store covered in airtight container at room temperature up to 1 week.
