COLD SPICY NOODLES (LENG MIAN) RECIPE | ALLRECIPES
A Korean dish, popular in northern China. I ate this for lunch every day for an entire year when I lived in Jinzhou, China. The cook was certain that eating this cold dish during the cold northern winter would be bad for my stomach, but it never was! This makes a wonderfully refreshing lunch during the hot summertime.

SPICY NOODLES RECIPE - SIMPLE CHINESE FOOD
For breakfast, most people choose noodles, steamed buns, buns, various cakes, soy milk, fried dough sticks and so on. But the bowl of noodles in Sichuan and Chongqing is my favorite. At home, or in a noodle restaurant, with the morning sun, sitting at the table and enjoying a bowl of spicy noodles, it’s really enjoyable~ Even the breakfast is so enjoyable, no wonder everyone admires the slowness of Sichuan Live~O(n_n)O~~
Speaking of small noodles, you probably have heard of Chongqing small noodles, because Meng Fei’s Chongqing small noodles are very popular. My spicy noodles are the home-cooked version of Chongqing noodles. There is no need to deliberately prepare the seasonings. Almost every household has them. If you want to eat noodles, you can cook them immediately. It is fast, good and convenient. My family’s breakfast, ranging from snacks to breakfast, will never get tired of eating. Everyone has to eat a big bowl and drink all the soup~O(n_n)O~
When cooking noodles, I always cook some vegetables. I especially like to put pea tips. It is a perfect match with noodles~~ I heard that there is no such dish in the north, what a pity~

SPICY SICHUAN NOODLES WITH GROUND PORK RECIPE - FOOD.COM
For this recipe, we prefer fresh Chinese noodles with a width between linguine and fettuccine. If you are using Asian sesame paste that has a pourable rather than spreadable consistency, use only 1 cup of chicken broth. Don't hesitate over this dish because of the list of ingredients. Just follow the all-important basic drill which streamlines all Chinese recipes. They always have several clusters of ingredients. You mix each of them together and end up with maybe three or four little bowls that will come together in literally minutes. First, read through the recipe. Then gather all the ingredients in one place. Mix together the different elements. Finally, when you are ready, cook.
