Provided by Honest girl

Total Time 1 hours

Yield 4

Number Of Ingredients 9

2-3 apple
Half a piece lemon
2 small bowls Low-gluten flour
Right amount butter
Right amount Refined white sugar
2 pcs egg
Right amount condensed milk
1 piece Tin foil bowl
Right amount starch

Steps:

  • Prepare sugar, starch, apple, lemon, egg, butter, low-gluten flour, tin foil bowl
  • Wash apples and lemons, wash and peel the apples, and cut into small cubes. Cut the lemon in half. Ready to make apple filling.
  • Two spoons of butter, melt in water. Boil water in a pot, heat it with an iron basin, and stir until the butter melts.
  • Put one and a half bowls of low-gluten flour in the basin (the bowl is a small bowl for eating). Add another egg, some sugar (according to your taste) and finally melted butter.
  • Live the noodles into a smooth dough with your hands. Seal it with plastic wrap, about 30min-60min.
  • Put a spoonful of butter in the pan.
  • Add diced apples and more white sugar.
  • When the apple becomes transparent, squeeze the juice of half a lemon.
  • When the apple frying is finished by pressing lightly, you can add water starch (water + starch = 3:1), continue to stir fry a few times to turn off the heat, let it cool for use!
  • Sprinkle flour on the table, use 2/3 of the dough and roll it into a 0.5 cm thick pie (the dough should be floured on both sides).
  • Roll into the picture.
  • Spread the rolled noodles in a tin foil bowl (apply a proper amount of oil on the bowl) and apply butter on both the bottom of the bowl and the sides of the bowl by hand.
  • Use a fork to pierce holes in the bottom of the pie.
  • Put the apple filling in the bowl and smooth the filling.
  • Roll out the remaining 1/3 of the dough into a dough and cut into long strips with a knife.
  • Weave the noodles on the pie like this.
  • Finally, use a long noodle to enclose the grid on the top of the pie.
  • Use a fork to press the outer ring.
  • Beat an egg, stir evenly, and use a brush to spread the top of the pie evenly, all over.
  • 180 degrees, roast up and down, preheat 6min
  • After preheating, place the pie on the middle layer and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • In this way, you can take it out and let it cool for a while before you can use it.
  • After baking, you can add condensed milk to the pie if you want more sweetness.

'Chinese' Pie Recipe | Allrecipes image

This one-dish meal doesn't have anything to do with Chinese food. Originating more than a century ago in Canada, it came from Chinese immigrants making do with ingredients from their new environment. This is a wonderful comfort food dish that is a family favorite. Kids love this dish! Serve with a green salad and some nice crusty rolls.

FIVE-SPICE APPLE PIE RECIPE | EPICURIOUS
By the time Crisco came out in 1911, apple pies had long been an American classic. But Crisco, the first hydrogenated vegetable shortening, gave cooks a boost. Here was a shelf-stable alternative to perishable butter and lard. While a lot of consumers were skeptical of Crisco, many early sales were generated by Orthodox Jews, who bought the shortening after a recipe booklet was published in Yiddish showing how Crisco could be used without breaking kosher dietary laws. Its success was assured when rationing made lard scarce during World War I.
