- 1. Add chia seeds and milk to a mason jar or glass Tupperware.
- 2. Using a fork, whisk the chia seeds and milk together, let sit for 1-2 minutes, whisk again, then cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- 3. The chia seeds will absorb the liquid and become a gel-like pudding consistency.
