My mother has used this recipe for every occasion that you can possibly think of. Everyone asks for the recipe and cannot believe that it is that easy. It is also great because you can add or subtract as much ham or onions as you want.

Steps:
- Cut up the ham into small pieces.
- Cut up the green onions into small pieces as well.
- Combine the softened cream cheese, the green onions, and the ham into a bowl and mix (smoosh) with your hands.
- Form into a ball.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Great with Ritz crackers!

- Place ham and onion in a food processor; pulse until finely chopped. Add cheddar cheese; pulse until blended. Add cream cheese; process until smooth., Shape cheese mixture into a football; press pecans into cheese mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour., Cut Swiss cheese into strips; arrange over top for laces. Serve with crackers.

- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in cheddar cheese, onions, pimientos, butter and Worcestershire sauce. Shape mixture into a ball or press into a small bowl; smooth top. Cover and refrigerate. Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before unmolding. Serve with crackers and if desired, cover with parsley.

Chill at least 2 to 3 hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve with assorted crackers. VARIATION: Make cheese mixture as directed, but DO NOT add Buddig Sliced Beef. Shape cheese mixture into a football. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Just before serving, roll in chopped Buddig Sliced Beef until completely coated.
