- Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 10-in. fluted or plain tube pan., In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in lemon juice and vanilla. Add flour alternately with 7UP, beating well after each addition. , Transfer batter to prepared pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 65-75 minutes. Cool in pan 20 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely., For glaze, in a small bowl, mix confectioners' sugar, lemon juice and enough 7UP to reach desired consistency. If desired, stir in zest. Drizzle over cake.

- Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). In 13x9-inch pan, melt butter in oven. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over butter. Arrange pineapple slices on brown sugar. Place cherry in center of each pineapple slice, and arrange remaining cherries around slices; press gently into brown sugar.
- Add enough water to reserved pineapple juice to measure 1 cup. Make cake batter as directed on box, substituting pineapple juice mixture for the water. Pour batter over pineapple and cherries.
- Bake 42 to 48 minutes (44 to 53 minutes for dark or nonstick pan) or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately run knife around side of pan to loosen cake. Place heatproof serving plate upside down onto pan; turn plate and pan over. Leave pan over cake 5 minutes so brown sugar topping can drizzle over cake; remove pan. Cool 30 minutes. Serve warm or cool. Store covered in refrigerator.

In a large bowl with a hand mixer, beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition, then add vanilla and both zests. In a separate large bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add ? of the dry ingredients to butter mixture, beat to combine, then add ? of 7-Up and mix to combine. Continue to do this until you have used up all of the dry ingredients and the 7-Up. Pour batter into prepared bundt pan and smooth top with an offset. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes then invert onto a cooling rack to cool completely. Meanwhile, make glaze: Whisk together powdered sugar, lime juice, and salt in a bowl. Add 7-Up, 1 teaspoon at a time, until mixture reaches consistency of sour cream. Drizzle over top of cooled cake before serving.
