Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cut butter into flour until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; stir in finely chopped walnuts. Press into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake until golden brown, 17-20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack., In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping; spread over crust. , In another bowl, beat milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes or until thickened. Spread over cream cheese layer. Spread with the remaining whipped topping; sprinkle with coarsely chopped walnuts. Cover and refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large bowl beat the butter or margarine, white sugar and brown sugar together. Add the eggs and vanilla, beating well.
- Stir together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and stir until blended. Stir in the oats and the butterscotch chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until the edges begin to brown.
