Buffalo wild wings are crispy chicken wings covered with spicy sauce. If you love spicy and crispy chicken, then you'll love it. You need to make the wings and the sauce and then combine the two together.

18 Wild Wings
2 cups Flour
1 tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons Salt
1 cup Melted Butter
3 tablespoons Hot Pepper Sauce
3 tablespoons White Vinegar
4 sticks Celery
1 cup Blue Cheese
Vegetable Oil (for frying)

Steps:

  • Put the flour, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl and mix.
  • Add the chicken wings and toss until well coated with the flour mixture.
  • Whisk together the melted butter, white vinegar and hot sauce in a small bowl.
  • Add the oil to a pan and heat. Add the wings to it and fry for about 14-15 minutes. They should be golden brown and crispy on the outside while a little soft on the inside.
  • Then, put the wings in the butter and hot sauce mixture and toss them, so all are covered with the sauce.
  • Serve with celery and blue cheese.

Spice up your hangouts with this fried pickles recipe that serves deep fried salty, spicy and tangy pickles that goes best with a sweet and creamy dip.

2 cups sliced and drained whole dill pickles
½ cup & 4 oz divided all-purpose flour
¼ cup cornstarch or cornflour
½ tsp Italian Seasoning
2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
½ tsp cayenne pepper
salt to taste
1 cup cold soda water
for frying Vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Heat 1 inch of oil to 375 degrees in a large frying pan.
  • In a bowl, sift all of the dry ingredients for the batter and then slowly stir in the soda water, until the mixture turns smooth and evenly combined. Set aside in a chilled area.
  • Pat the pickles dry with a paper towel. Combine the dried pickles and 4 oz all purpose flour. Dredge and toss to coat.
  • Dip each slice in the batter, coating well.
  • Use a tong to take them out of the batter and drop them one at a time then fry in the pan until golden brown (1-2 minutes).
  • Remove the fried pickles with a slotted spoon. Alternatively, you may also use a mesh skimmer to fish the pickles out of the oil.
  • Cool and drain on paper towels. You may also use a wire basket to properly drain the pickles.
  • Serve them immediately with a ranch or ketchup!
