Perfect Pinch Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning is a quick and easy way to add delicious flavor to boneless skinless chicken breasts. For homemade chicken nuggets, cut the chicken into smaller pieces before coating with the seasoned flour.

1/4 cup flour
2 tsps McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning
1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp butter melted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix flour and Seasoning in shallow dish. Moisten chicken with milk. Coat evenly with flour mixture.
  • Place chicken in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Drizzle evenly with melted butter.
  • Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Steps:

  • Rub the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and other desired seasonings.
  • Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan or a griddle over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken thighs in a single layer, so they are not touching.
  • Cook for 6 minutes on one side, then flip over and cook for 6 more minutes on another side, or until the chicken thighs are cooked through (no longer pink in center).
