07/08/2015 · This is good in a pinch but you said the “best you can make at home” and only a 16-20 hour dough will get you to that level. Pizza looks great and the rest of what you said is spot on. 3 cups flour 1.5 cup water 1/8 tsp yeast 1.5 tsp salt. Mix together until not so sticky and cover for 12 hours.
