Steps:
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
- Stir in butter.
- Add Parmesan cheese and eggs.
- Form spaghetti mixture into a crust shape in a buttered 10-inch shallow casserole.
- In skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and green pepper until vegetables are tender and meat is browned.
- Drain off excess fat.
- Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt.
- Heat thoroughly.
- Layer mozzarella cheese slices over bottom of spaghetti crust.
- Fill pie with tomato mixture.
- Bake uncovered, in 350 (F) oven for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top in the center of pie.
- Bake 5 minutes longer to melt cheese.

This retro recipe for a lemonade chiffon pie with lemonade crust may be straight out of the '50s, but if you make it, that doesn't mean you won't want to eat it right out of the pie plate!

Steps:
- Sprinkle gelatin on water in top of double boiler.
- Add salt and egg yolks, mix well.
- Place over boiling water and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens slightly and gelatin dissolved (about 3 minutes).
- Remove from hot water; add thawed concentrated lemonade.
- Chill, stirring occasionally, until the mixture mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
- Add sugar gradually, beating well after each addition.
- Fold in gelatin mixture.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Turn into baked Lemon Coconut Pie Shell.
- Chill in refrigerator until firm.

- Sprinkle beef and pork with half of the chili powder. In a Dutch oven, brown meat in batches in 2 tablespoons oil; drain and set aside. In the same pan, saute onion and celery in remaining oil until crisp-tender. Add the garlic, chilies and remaining chili powder; cook 1 minute longer., Stir in the broth, beer, tomato sauce, chocolate, cumin, oregano, salt, mustard, cayenne and meat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
