Our Golden Corral honey butter recipe makes a sweet and tangy whipped spread with mayo and raisins for your toasted bread and pancakes.

1 cup honey
1 cup at room temperature unsalted butter
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ tsp salt

Steps:

  • In a mixing bowl attached to a hand beater, add all your ingredients together, except for the honey. Cream until mixture turns pale and light, and the sugar has completely dissolved roughly 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Slowly drizzle the honey while creaming until evenly incorporated. You can serve this immediately with bread, pancakes, or waffles of your choice.
  • As an alternative and for a decorative finish, place the butter in a piping bag with a tip of your choice.
  • Set aside in a chilled area for at least 15 minutes, or until it can hold its shape when piped.
  • Pipe your butter over pancakes, waffles, or bread of your choice. Drizzle with more honey and serve.
