6 cloves garlic
2 cups ketchup
2 stalks celery
1 cup water
1/2 cup onion chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup cider vinegar
3 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp instant coffee granules
2 tsp dried crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp ground cloves

Steps:

  • "Bake garlic in a small baking pan at 350 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and peel. Combine garlic and remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer for 20 minutes. Cool. Process mixture in a blender until smooth. Makes about 4 cups "

2 tablespoons cream-style horseradish sauce
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon salt

1 pinch ground black pepper
1 pinch cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, paprika, salt, oregano, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Store covered in the refrigerator until needed.
