500 g Flour
200 g warm water
5 grams yeast
Right amount Red bean paste
20 grams Warm water (for soaking yeast)

Steps:

  • Mix 20g of warm water and 5g of yeast, stir with chopsticks to completely dissolve the yeast;
  • Pour the yeast water into a bowl containing flour;
  • Pour 200g of warm water that is slightly hot; (when making the noodles, do not pour in the warm water all at once, set aside some, depending on the situation of the noodles, the water absorption is different due to different flours)
  • Stir the dough with chopsticks while pouring;
