Add ginger and onion stir for 30 seconds. Add noodles and fry for 5 minutes over med heat. Add sauce, and stir until coated. Serve hot or cold. Sometimes I add some julienned carrots or broccoli to this.
Combine cornbread mix, peppers and corn in a mixing bowl. Slowly add water and 4oz honey. Spread mixture on baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes. Cut cornbread into 3x3 inch squares.
