Baby Fish Wonton recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

For the baby, chewing is a gradual process. It is necessary to wait for the eruption of the baby teeth and train the chewing ability as soon as possible. This has a great impact on the baby's future eating habits, nutrient absorption and tooth development.

Steps:

  • Dice the dragon fish, dice the carrots, chop the green onions, and chop the Youmai Caibang.
  • Put the longli fish, carrots, green onions, oily wheat cabbage, and egg white into the blender and beat into a puree.
    Tips: 1. The leaves are not beaten together. One is to give the baby a chance to chew, and the other is to smash all the leaves. There will be more water, which is not a good bag. 2. If you are allergic to egg white, replace it with 20 grams of water.
  • Pour out the puree and chop the lettuce leaves.
  • Add it and stir it, and you can add some salt to taste if you are over 1 year old. The fish is very fresh, it is not recommended to add other seasonings, it will cover the natural umami taste of the fish.
  • Cut a wonton wrapper into quarters. This is to make small wontons. If you can pick up or fork the big wontons, you can just wrap the big wontons, which will save trouble.
  • Spread a little water around, put a little stuffing, fold it diagonally, pinch it tightly, spread a little water on the lower right corner, and pinch the two lower corners together.
