Freshly ground black pepper
For serving: Assorted sliced bread, sliced deli meats and cheeses or hard-boiled eggs, bibb lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onion, pickles

Steps:

  • Combine yogurt and feta in a medium bowl and mash with a fork until mostly smooth; season to taste with salt and pepper (feta can vary greatly in saltiness).
