- In large saucepan, bring chicken broth to boiling. Add wild rice; cover and simmer 40 minutes. Add white rice; cover and simmer an additional 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Drain off any remaining liquid.
- Meanwhile, in large skillet, cook sausage, celery and onion until sausage is no longer pink, stirring frequently. Drain. Combine sausage mixture and rice mixture.
- Use to stuff turkey, or place in greased 2-quart casserole or glass baking dish and cover with foil; bake at 350°F. for 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
