So not worth it. Yes the calories still count. Yes part of the corn is digested. 145 g of yellow sweet corn has 125 calories. It also has fiber, protein, calcium, manesium, folate, potasium, etc. I can't say if it is worth it for you but if you like how it tastes it certainly isn't bad for you to spend 125 calories on it.
