This garlic butter is so good, my grandmother actually called me for it!!

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced

Steps:

  • In a medium mixing bowl combine cream cheese and butter, mixing until well blended. Add parsley, onion and garlic and mix well.
  • Refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours. The mixture becomes more flavorful the longer it chills.

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons butter, softened
⅓ cup white sugar

Steps:

  • Mix crumbs, butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie plate. Use a spoon to press the crumbs up the side of the plate and the side of your hand to press down on the top.n
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour before filling.n
