ADD GARLIC AND SAUTE ABOUT 1 MIN.
QUICKLY BLEND IN FLOUR WITH WIRE WHISK.
GRADUALLY STIR IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS.
COOK OVER MEDIUM LOW HEAT, STIRRING CONSTANTLY UNTIL SAUCE IS SLIGHTLY THICKENED.
