Steps:

  • Take the leaves of Moongrass, prepare two eggs, slap the ginger flat, slice the lean meat, marinate in oil and salt for 10 minutes

  • Add soy sauce,sugar and fry 1 minute.
  • Add chicken broth,cover and steam for 8 minutes.
