FOOD PROCESSOR CHOCOLATE WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING RECIPE ...
Typical frostings are too sweet for my taste. Instead, I prefer a whipped cream frosting and adding cocoa powder makes it even better! This will add an extra special topping to any dessert. Simple and delicious!

- To make in a food processor: Place heavy whipping cream, pure vanilla extract, granulated white sugar and cocoa powder in food processor with whip attachment and turn on high for approximately 3 minutes or until stiff peaks form. Use immediately.
- To make with an electric mixer: Place heavy whipping cream, pure vanilla extract, granulated white sugar, and cocoa powder into a large bowl, and stir to combine ingredients. Cover and chill bowl and beaters for at least 30 minutes. When chilled, beat until stiff peaks form. Use immediately.

STURDY WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING - ALLRECIPES
This is a YUMMY whipped cream frosting that is very stable and does not melt at room temperature unlike many standard whipped cream frostings. It also makes a GREAT dip for fresh fruit -- not too sweet, just right! This recipe is GREAT for a stand mixer but will work with any good mixer.

Steps:
- Combine the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract and almond extract in a large mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer. Fit the mixer with the whisk attachment and mix on medium speed until smooth. While the mixture is still whipping, slowly pour in the heavy cream. Stop and scrape the bottom of the bowl a couple of times while you continue whipping until the cream can hold a stiff peak.

- Assemble the cake: Place 1 layer on a serving plate or a cake stand. Spoon 1 cup Coconut Cream Frosting into a ziplock plastic bag. Snip a ½-inch tip off 1 bag corner. Pipe a ring of frosting just inside the top edge. Spread with half of desired filling (if using the Whipped Chocolate Ganache Filling, spread with 1 cup filling), spreading to edge of piped frosting. Repeat process once with 1 additional Cake Layer, frosting, and filling. Top with remaining layer. (If using ganache filling, reserve any remaining for another use.)
