- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 9-inch cake pans with cooking spray.
- Combine strawberry cake mix, white chocolate chips, sour cream, vegetable oil, eggs, water, and pudding mix in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth, about 2 minutes. Divide batter between the prepared cake pans.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 45 to 55 minutes. Set pans on a wire rack and cool for 15 minutes.

- In a mixing bowl, add eggs and oil and mix until smooth.
- Add chocolate cake mix and mix until combined.
- Stir in white chocolate chips and
- Cover bowl and chill cookie dough in the fridge for 20 minutes to make it easier to handle.
- Scoop out small portions of the dough and make little balls.
- Place them on a cookie tray, lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are firm but center is slightly soft.
- As soon as you remove cookies from the oven, push a few chocolate chips on top of each cookie, before they cool down, for a nicer appearance.
- Allow the cookies to cool down and enjoy!
