1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

Steps:

  • Using an electric mixer, whip butter on high speed until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
  • Add pumpkin and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and beat to combine.
  • Store covered, in an airtight container.

3 cans (15 ounces each) pumpkin
2 cups sugar
1-1/2 cups water
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes to allow flavors to blend., Cool. Spoon into jars. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
