2 -3 tablespoons milk

Steps:

  • NOTE: you can try softening the cream cheese in your microwave, or leave it out on your kitchen top for a while (about an hour or two).
  • Using your mixer, beat the cream cheese until whipped.
  • At this point, you can gradually add in the milk until you get your desired "whipped" consistency.

1 teaspoon vanilla
1-2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 cup heavy cream

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and lemon juice with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  • Refrigerate until serving.
