1 cup Chickpeas
0.5 Carrot
0.25 Onion
1 Garlic
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Rosemary
Salt

Steps:

  • 01 - Cook the Tomato Sauce with Garlic, Onion, Carrots, Oil and Salt. Add some Water and cook for about 15 - 20 minutes over low heat.02 - Meanwhile, cook the Pasta al dente in a pot filled with boiling salted Water.03 - Add the Chickpeas, and Rosemary and cook for an extra 5 to 10 minutes. 04 - Drain the Pasta and mix it with the Sauce. 05 - Serve immediately.
