Steps:

In a medium bowl, mix the tuna, celery, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Spread tuna mixture on 4 bread slices. Top with remaining bread slices.

2 teaspoons ranch salad dressing mix
12 slices pumpernickel or rye bread
2 to 3 medium cucumbers

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and dressing mix. Spread on 1 side of each slice of bread. Peel cucumbers if desired; thinly slice and place on 6 slices of bread. Top with remaining bread. Serve immediately.
