2 3/4 cup bread flour (may substitute all-purpose flour)
1/8 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
4 ounces spice tea (see recipe above)
1 can pumpkin (15-ounce can)
1/2 cup sugar (or to taste)
1 tsp ground cinnamon (or to taste)
