2 oz. Coconut Rum
3 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Blue curaçao
2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Peach Schnapps
3 oz. Cranberry Juice
Splash Blue Curaçao
Mint Sprig (garnish)

Steps:

  • Combine coconut rum, orange juice, blue curaçao, and ice in a blender and blend until fully mixed.
  • Pour out the first mixture and clean out the blender.
  • Combine vodka, peach schnapps, cranberry juice, and ice and blend these until fully mixed.
  • Alternatively, layer the green and the purple layer mixtures, drizzle with some blue curaçao on top and garnish with a mint sprig.
