4 bunches fresh spinach (about 2 3/4 lbs)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce (may add more to taste, I just don't like it so salty)
1/4 teaspoon sugar

Steps:

  • Remove the stems from the spinach; wash leaves thoroughly, and pat dry. Tear the spinach into bite-sized pieces.
  • Heat the oil in a large Dutch oven or wok over high heat. Add the garlic; and saute 1 minute. Add the spinach; stir until coated with oil.
  • Add the soy sauce and sugar; saute 2 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.

1 tbsp Cooking oil
A spoonful Fuel consumption
Right amount Chopped green onion and garlic
Two teaspoons salt
A spoonful Cooked Sesame White
Right amount Chopped chili
a little Chicken Essence
A spoonful White pepper
A spoonful Cooked Sesame Black
Two drops sesame oil
A teaspoon Wolfberry

Steps:

  • Wash spinach and cut into two pieces.
  • Finely chop green onion and garlic.
  • The first step in making chili oil is to prepare crushed chili peppers.
  • In the second step of making chili oil, put cooked white sesame seeds, a spoonful of white pepper, and a teaspoon of refined salt in a bowl, and mix well.
  • The third step of making chili oil is to pour the oil into the pot and heat it until it smokes. Pour it into a bowl and stir constantly with chopsticks to make a fragrant chili oil.
  • Boil the water and add the spinach until the spinach is cooked and tender.
  • Dry the spinach, let cool, control the water, pour in the minced garlic, chopped green onion, one spoon of oil consumption, two drops of sesame oil, one teaspoon of chicken essence, and two teaspoons of salt and mix well.
