Scrambled Eggs with Green Peppers recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

Homemade scrambled eggs with green peppers, easy to cook and delicious.

2 pcs green pepper
3 pcs egg
10gram Cooking oil
1 scoop Soy sauce
1 scoop salt
1 scoop Chicken Essence
1 scoop Fuel consumption
1 scoop Vinegar

Steps:

  • Wash the green pepper and cut into large pieces
  • Add a little salt to the eggs, then beat them up,
  • Heat the pan with cold oil, pour the eggs, scramble the eggs over low heat
  • Fill out the egg cubes.
  • Heat the pan with cold oil, add green peppers, and stir fry over high heat
  • Stir fry until it is ripe, add soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, oil consumption and other seasonings
  • Add the egg and continue to fry for a few more times, turn off the heat and add vinegar.
