- Cook the chicken breast patties according to the instructions on the packaging. While the chicken cooks, fry the bacon until crispy then set aside to dry on a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, stir together the hot sauce and mayonnaise.
- Optional: Toast the burger buns until lightly golden.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing the cooked chicken breast patty on the bottom bun topped with the cheese, bacon, fried onion, brined jalapenos and spicy sauce. Put the top bun on and enjoy!
