Skinny Peppermint Mocha – Starbucks Copycat image

1/2 cup strong coffee or espresso
1/2 cup fat free skim milk
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
1 tablespoon granulated Splenda or sweetener of choice

Steps:

  • Add the milk, cocoa powder, sweetener and peppermint extract to a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the cocoa powder dissolves and the milk is heated through.
  • Use a handheld milk frother until it is foamy. (You can also use a whisk or blender.)
  • Pour into a coffee mug and add the coffee or espresso.
