3 large Land O Lakes® Eggs separated
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups Land O Lakes® Half & Half
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Honey Butter Spread melted
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons freshly grated lemon zest
Toppings
Land O Lakes® Honey Butter Spread
Maple syrup
Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream sweetened, whipped, if desired
Fresh or frozen fruit (blueberries,strawberries, raspberries, etc.), thawed

Steps:

  • Heat waffle iron to medium-high heat.
  • Beat egg yolks using whisk in bowl until light yellow color. Stir in all remaining waffle ingredients except egg whites just until moistened.
  • Beat egg whites in bowl at high speed, scraping bowl often, until stiff peaks form. Gently stir beaten egg whites into waffle mixture. Bake according to waffle iron directions or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve waffles with Honey Butter Spread, syrup, whipped cream, if desired, or fresh fruit.

24 frozen Banquet® Original Chicken Breast Tenders
2 cups original baking mix
1-1/3 cups water
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
1 egg
3 tablespoons Parkay® Original Spread-tub, melted, divided
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup cayenne pepper sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray grids of waffle iron with grilling spray; preheat to medium-high heat. Prepare chicken according to oven package directions.
  • Meanwhile, combine baking mix, water, green onions, egg and 2 tablespoons Parkay in medium bowl; whisk until blended. Place some batter onto grids of waffle iron. Cover and bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Do not open until done. When done, use a fork to loosen waffle and lift off grid. Keep warm. Repeat with remaining batter.
  • Prepare sauce by placing honey, pepper sauce and remaining 1 tablespoon Parkay in microwave-safe bowl; heat 1 minute or until hot, stirring at end. Toss chicken with half of sauce in large bowl. Separate waffles into sections. Divide waffle sections and top each serving with 3 tenders. Serve with remaining sauce.
