nuts Grenoble walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, cashew
1 cup wild rice
1 orange or 1 grapefruit, or both
grapes white
fennel
70 grams feta
dill
salad dressing
Dijon mustard
honey
apple cider vinegar
olive oil
salt
ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Salad Preparation:
  • Toast the nuts in a small frying pan for 5 minutes or until a little brown.
  • Cook the wild rice. Follow the package instructions. The cooking time is about 25 minutes.
  • Drain and cool.
  • Peel the citrus fruit, cut into pieces, mix in rice, grapes, fennel, and nuts.
  • Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and fresh dill.
  • Salad Dressing Preparation:
  • Mix dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

cabbages - 10.5 oz (300 g)
feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
eggs - 2, hard - boiled
parsley - 2 sprigs, chopped
salt
olive oil
vinegar

Steps:

  • Cut the cabbage into thin strips and treat it gently with salt. To this add the parsley and spinach, also cleaned, washed and julienned.
  • Dice the eggs and feta cheese and add them to the vegetables . Mix, and spice them with salt, olive oil and vinegar to taste.
