green beans without their seed coats: 200 grams
wheat flour: 30 grams
coconut milk: 100 milliliters
white sesame: 2 teaspoons
white sugar: 150 grams
tapioca flour: 10 grams
chicken egg: 1
salt: ¼ of a teaspoon

Steps:

  • Soak green beans in fresh water in 2 hours and cook them with ¼ of a teaspoon of salt in 30 minutes. Then, take them out and grind them finely.
  • Knead chicken egg with wheat flour, white sugar, coconut milk, and tapioca flour well. Next, add the ground green beans at step 1 into the mixture and continue to knead until the dough becomes smooth.
  • Place the dough onto the baking tray applied with a layer of parchment paper. Then, sprinkle with white sesame. Turn on the gas stove at 170 degrees Celsius.
  • Bake them in 30 minutes to cook the dough. Then, take it out and cut it into medium pieces and enjoy.
