Just clean ingredients cooked together with attention to bring out some flavourful dish! Substituting the chicken with any plant based chicken, this is a classic dish for any age. This recipe also freezes really well, just portion after making for a quick reheat dinner.

1/4 carrot (diced)
1 stalk celery (diced)
2 medium potatoes (small cubes)
1 serano pepper / cubanelle pepper (diced * optional spicy)
2 thai bird chilies (diced * optional spicy )
1 tbsp sage (dried)
1 tbsp thyme (dried)
2 tsp salt (sea)
1/6 tsp black pepper (powder)
1 tsp mushroom powder
5-6 cups water (filtered)
2 cup cake flour
1 tsp salt (sea)
1 dash turmeric powder
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup water (filtered)
1/3 cup celery leaves (finely chopped (*Put in at the end))
2 breasts chicken (vegan, your personal choice*)
