Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup cream
1/2 cup crème fraiche
3 teaspoons sugar
seeds from 1 vanilla bean
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Place a stainless steel bowl (or the preferred mixing bowl) in the fridge and let chill for 15 minutes.
  • Once the bowl is chilled, remove it from the fridge and place all ingredients in the bowl.
  • With a whipping attachment, whip the cream mixture on medium until peeks form.
  • Place in an airtight container and keep in the fridge until ready to use.

1-pint (2 cups) heavy whipping cream
6 tbsp Powdered Sugar
2 Rodelle Vanilla Beans, split and scraped

Steps:

  • Place mixing bowl and wire whisk attachment in the freezer to chill for 30 minutes
  • Pour heavy whipping cream into chilled bowl and add vanilla bean seeds and powdered sugar.
  • Whip on low for 1 minute, and then turn mixer speed up to high.
  • Mix until whip cream is stiff about 2 minutes.
