Steps:

  • Cut a 3-4 pound chicken into about 8 pieces (or buy separate chicken pieces). Rub olive oil all over the chicken pieces and season with Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning Shaker and some smoked paprika.

  • Arrange the chicken (without overcrowding) in roasting pan that has been coated with olive oil.

  • Bake in a 400-degree oven for about half an hour; then turn down the heat to 350 degrees and finish cooking for another 10-20 minutes until the juices run clear from the chicken. If you want crisper skin, baste with the drippings a couple of times throughout cooking.

1 packet Hidden Valley® Ranch Night™ Buffalo Ranch Recipe Mix
2 pounds chicken wings
1½ teaspoons smoked paprika

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF.

  • Toss seasoning mix, paprika and chicken wings in a gallon zipper storage bag and shake bag until chicken is coated.

  • Remove chicken from bag with tongs and place on an ungreased baking sheet.

  • Bake for 45–50 minutes or until cooked through.

    * For extra flavor, use 1 lb. of chicken wings per seasoning pack.
